Gamestop asking for fair price and delivery of games
Speaking on the topic of digital distribution, GameStop senior vice president of merchandising Bob McKenzie told Edge, "Our position with vendors has been pretty straightforward. We've been honest with them--we're not afraid to compete with them. All that we ask is that our customers are able to get the product [at traditional retail] at the same time for the same price...so that the consumer has a choice." Capcom Developing Multi-platform Games to Increase Revenue
If the simultaneous release of games like Devil May Cry 4 on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 wasn't enough evidence, Capcom has laid out its strategy for "all major titles launched during the next fiscal year" to be "developed as multiplatform games" in its annual report for its 2008 fiscal year, which ended on March 31, 2008. For whatever it's worth, Booty looks and plays every bit l... Read More

What's new for Games Convention? At E3 last month, Sony gave a rundown of all the multiplayer options that Kil... Read More

Street Fighter II Goes Turbo
UDON is bringing back Capcom's famous fighters for a world tournament. And what's this about Marvel vs. Capcom comics? IGN Comics: I'd be remiss if I didn't start with the question most fans are probably asking - where did the Street Fighter comics go? Why haven't we seen any in a while? Matt Moylan: The main reason we had to take a break from producing Street Fighter comics was to work on the Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix game for Capcom. UDO... Read More
