After the Hall of Heroes level, you'll be asked choose a path: Human or Cybernetic. This is the game's alignment system, but there is no moral choice in this system. It's simply a type of combat specialization. The human path favors combos, while the cybernetic path opts for straight damage. The decision you make is permanent.
